He is well on the way to getting a malaria vaccine to help the poor who are not financially well off to get help from the western drug companies, no profit in them.
So there is some hypocrisy not conspiracy with covid, as it is affecting the western world it gets the resources and we have a breakneck covid vaccine in under one year.
