When 'obedience' in a 'religious' sense is to other than Allah, this is idol worship and shirk.
Anything associated with alive and dead people, bowing down, acts of adoration, are included in shirk.

The most prolific grave robbers have always been those who take your money, donations, for a dead person. If you want to donate to the needy, give it to them or those who are genuinely helping, not the money laundering ziarats, and make no mistake, you cannot have the excuse that they help some poor, when they and you are involved in haram acts of dead worship.
