The list misses our one crucial sensibility. It is the high-quality education that promote hope, help and respect in world arena. It needs the kind of education that promote critical thinking, innovation and massive dose of vision. But the current quality of universities and colleges in the country have little capacity to elevate intellect and modern dexterity. Universities and colleges there currently do not respectably rank in world list.

I do not know if it was a joke, but as read, a doctoral candidate was asked by the syndicate to suggest and develop ideas for his PhD thesis. He came up with the suggestion that since Jinns are made up of fire and if we somehow control and exploit its fire energy, we can run turbines and overcome electricity shortages in the country. It was not his bad idea given his prior education.
