I say that religion does not promote force but people use force and they misinterpret religion for that because by using religion it is easy to fool people.
In Koran, numerous places it says,
No force in religion.
Your job is just to convey the message
Be patient with people
Do not say bad things about their religion.
Do not use bad words.
Always be polite.
the list goes on.
When I see sufis of Islam , I see exactly that. But when I see common people in every religion, I see a different interpretation used to chop people's head off
People are people be it Muslims, Christians, Atheist or political leaders, United states or anyone, whoever gets power, abuses it.
This is what I have been working on to convey my message.
I am a small and weak person, the best I can do is convey my message.
During present time Islam has got a very bad reputation because of Saudis.
During 1970s people from poor countries ( especially Muslims) when to the oil countries ( Saudi Arab, UAE), their they got trapped by dawah centres, they adopted a very sinister form of Islam. Creation of ISIS, Taliban is all from modern Arab who used oil money to propagate this new Islam which I do not find in old Islamic books. This modern Arab Islam has gained strength and impetus due to oil money.
When poor muslims went to Arab countries for jobs during 1970s, they were trapped for two reasons.
As mentioned before, these are Arabs, they know Islam better than us.
These Arabs are so rich, their Islam must be the pristine Islam, that is why they are so blessed by Allah (SWT) and have so much money and better life.
The above two were the reasons why Muslims were trapped by Arabs. After few years Islam became violent and forceful Islam.
Saudi Arabia did heavy investing in mosques in poor Islamic country to propagate thier new Islam. full of force, violence, intolerance etc etc
I request you to take time out from your busy schedule and explore what I have mentioned. May be you will find some truth to do that and it will help you in your campaign.
The path of enlightenment lies between the two extremes. (Gautam Budh)
I have made you a nation in the middle (Koran)
My two cents.
