….Understanding The Qur’anic Verses With ‘Maa Malakat Aimanukum’
In the light of the above, let us now look at all of the verses where the term is used and find out the best meaning, the best explanation, and not the depraved one we have been told by the satanic mindset!
Some verses still use the word slave, I do not agree with this, as evidenced above, but I have left them in for the sake of accuracy for the translator. Yusuf Ali renders the following as:
4:3. If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.
4:4. And give the women (on marriage) their dower as a free gift; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, Take it and enjoy it with right good cheer.
Dr Shabbir has rendered the above verse with a difference:
4:3 If you fear that you (the society) will not be able to do justice with the orphans, (as may happen in times of war and political turbulence, the government shall announce a state of Emergency), then, in order to accommodate widows and orphans, men of sound finances and character shall be encouraged to marry among these widows with mutual choice; two, three, and four. But, if you fear that you will not be able to deal justly, then, you must not take additional wives, and may continue with what you already have. This will be more suitable to prevent you from doing injustice and face financial hardship. [Second marriage during peace time is a frank violation of the Qur’an – note ‘If you fear’ in the beginning. 4:127-129]
Both translations have the authority under certain circumstances to MARRY women, two, three, four, or one OR what your right hands possess. This verse does not sanction sexual relations with what your right-hand possess but says to marry them or only keep the one you are already married to; “Marry women that your right hands possess” could mean to marry slaves that you have already so is turning a slave into a bona fido wife, not concubine, if we are to take this meaning.
4:23. Prohibited to you (For marriage) are: Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers (Who gave you suck), foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- (Those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;
4:24. Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.
The above is speaking about MARRIAGE to women, who are allowed and who are not. The phrase “your right hands possess” is there so you can marry ‘married’ women who are ‘in your possession’. Who are these married women rightfully in your possession? The following explains-
60:10 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! When believing women come to you as immigrants, investigate their case, although only God is best Aware of their faith. Once you establish that they are truly believers, do not return them to the rejecters of the truth. They are not lawful for the rejecters, nor are the rejecters lawful for them. Give the rejecters what they have spent on them (as dowry). And there is no blame on you if you marry these women, when you have given them their due marital gift. And do not hold on to wedlock with women who continue to deny the truth. And you may ask them for the dowry you had paid, just as the rejecters have the right to ask the return of what they spent. This is the Judgment of God. He judges between you, for God is All Knower, All Wise.
It is against social norms to approach married women and ask them for their hand in marriage. When believing women leave their disbelieving husbands, whatever dowry was given to their wives must be returned and a proper divorce officiated over between the two. They have been rightfully divorced from their husbands and these women then come under your protection, so are rightfully in your ‘possession’, and you may marry these single [divorced] women if you wish. Why would the Qur’an say marry your slaves to have sex with them if it already sanctions sex with slaves?
We have Dr Shabbir giving the best translation of the above verse:
4:24 Also forbidden to you are women who are already married, except those women who have sought asylum with you against their disbelieving husbands at war with you (60:10). This is God’s ordinance binding upon you. All other categories are permitted for you in marriage, with mutual consent, as confirmed by giving her a generous marital gift or dowry. You shall seek them in honest wedlock and let marriage be a fortress of chastity for the husband and wife. You shall maintain morality and go not near adultery (17:32). You like to marry women for a better quality of life, so give them their portions as a duty. And there is nothing wrong in adjusting the sum with mutual agreement after the duty has been done. These laws are given to you by God, the Knower, the Wise.
Muhammad Asad in his translation called “The Message of the Qur’an” has this at note 3: “.....Nor is this the only objection to the above-mentioned interpretation. Since the Qur’an applies the term ‘believers’ to men and women alike, and since the term azwaj (spouses), too, denotes both male and female partners in marriage, there is no reason to attributing the phrase ma malakat aymanuhum the meaning of ‘their female slaves’; and since, on the other hand, it is out of the question that female and male slaves could have been referred to here, it is obvious that the phrase does not relate to slaves at all, but the same meaning as in 4:24 -- namely, ‘those whom they rightfully possess through wedlock’ (see note 26 on 4:24) -- with the significant difference that in the present context this expression relates to both husbands and wives, who ‘rightfully possess’ one another by virtue of marriage. On the basis of this interpretation, the particle aw which precedes this clause does not denote an alternative (‘or’) but is, rather, in the nature of explanatory amplification, more or less analogous to the phrase ‘in other words’ or ‘that is’, thus giving to the whole sentence the meaning. ‘.....save with their spouses -- that is, whom they rightfully possess [through wedlock]....
4:25. If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And Allah hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of THEIR OWNERS, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
The above says to marry “what your right hands possess”. Y Ali has done the dirty by putting that you need permission from their owners to marry them. Qur’an Arabic corpus has this about ahlihinna which means (of) their family. The triliteral root hamza hā lām (أ ه ل) occurs 127 times in the Qur’an as the noun ahl, as family or people, never owners!
4:32. And in no wise covet those things in which Allah Hath bestowed His gifts More freely on some of you than on others: To men is allotted what they earn, and to women what they earn: But ask Allah of His bounty. For Allah hath full knowledge of all things.
4:33. To (benefit) everyone, We have appointed shares and heirs to property left by parents and relatives. To those, also, to whom your right hand was pledged, give their due portion. For truly Allah is witness to all things.
4:34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).
4:35. If ye fear a breach between them twain, appoint (two) arbiters, one from his family, and the other from hers; if they wish for peace, Allah will cause their reconciliation: For Allah hath full knowledge, and is acquainted with all things.
4:36. Serve Allah, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious.
4:33 uses the phrase ‘AAaqadat aymanukum’ which is translated as to whom your right hand was pledged and is again a positive statement, not one of servitude or depravity. 4:36 says to do good to what your right hands possess, again nothing sinister here. Means household servants, employees.
4:36 Obey God and associate no partner with Him. Treat kindly your parents, relatives, the orphans and those who have been left alone in the society. Take care of the needy, the disabled, those whose hard-earned income is insufficient to meet their needs, those whose businesses have stalled, and those who have lost their jobs. You shall treat kindly your related neighbours, and unrelated neighbours, companions by your side in public gatherings, or public transportation. Be generous to the needy wayfarer, the homeless son of the street, and the one who reaches you in a destitute condition. Be nice to people who work under your supervision. God does not love those who are boastfully proud.
So, we can see another rendition of the what your right hands possess as those in your employment, servants, employees etc.
16:71 And God has caused some of you to excel in earning livelihood over others. And yet, those who are more abundantly provided are often unwilling to share their provision with those who work for them, lest all might be equal in this respect. Will they continue to deny God’s blessings in this manner? [16:53, 28:78, 30:28, 39:49, 43:32, 70:24]
16:72 And God has given you mates of your own kind, and through your mates, has given you children and their children, and has provided for you decent sustenance of life. (Note that in your family, individuals earn according to their capacity and receive according to their needs.) Will people, then, stick to false systems in the society and thus turn ungrateful to God’s blessings?
In the above we can see that what your right hands possess are referring to employees, servants if you like.
23:5. Who abstain from sex,
23:6. Except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess, for (in their case) they are free from blame,
23:7. But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors:
We now come to the above where ‘captives’ has been inserted to emphasise who they are! And remember what Maududi wrote?
Here are the verses in context by Dr Shabbir. Believers are told to follow what Allah has Revealed to the messenger, the Qur’an, and they will attain paradise in this life and the hereafter. If you think raping a captive is part of Allah’s plans for mankind, then think again:
Surah 23. Al-Mu’minoon – The Believers
[Author’s Note] This is the 23rd Surah of the Qur’an. It has 118 verses. Brief verses, diversity of concepts, Tasreef - we will come across flowers of different aromas and colours as we stroll through this garden. Wealth and rule on earth are only the means to a noble end: Striving for the betterment of all humanity]
With the Glorious Name of God, the Instant and Sustaining Source of all Mercy and Kindness
23:1 Successful are the believers,
23:2 Those who humbly and whole-heartedly follow Divine Commands,
23:3 Those who avoid vain talk and turn away from all that is senseless (and thus value time),
23:4 Those who support the Economic Order of Zakaat (where wealth circulates in the society and nourishes every individual),
23:5 Those who guard their chastity, [17:32]
23:6 Holding off their carnal desires except for their spouses who are rightfully theirs through wedlock. They are then, free of all blame. [4:3, 24, 25. 24:32. The very common rendition of this verse is extremely misleading. The ancient and modern scholars, to my knowledge, with the solitary exception of Muhammad Asad in his ‘The Message Of The Qur’an, think that slave girls are being mentioned here. But, Ma Malakat Ayemaanahum is common gender. Could the translators have said that it was right for a bondman to have sex with his ‘owner’ woman, and that too, when she was married? The translators and exponents confined it to the females alone since in the second century after the exalted Messenger, Muslims, under the influence of corrupted kings and Imams, had begun reverting to the old ways of Jaahilyah. Some verses foretell these conspiracies: 6:112-113, 22:52-55, 25:31, 42:13-14, 45:16-18. The word AW in 23:6 is explanatory. AW = Or - That is - Namely - Call it - In other words. AW appears in this format instead of 'or' in many places in the Qur’an such as 23:5-7, 24:3, 25:62. Please also see 70:30. Ma malakat ayimaanukum = Literally, those whom your right hands already possess = Those who are rightfully yours through wedlock]
23:7 Those who cross these limits, are transgressors.
23:8 True believers are faithful to their trusts and to their pledges. [4:58]
23:9 They guard the Divine System. [24:41]
23:10 It is they who shall be the inheritors.
23:11 It is they who will inherit the paradise wherein they shall abide (in both lives 7:43, 43:72, 70:33-34).
Yes, the term is neutral gender so your wives can have sex with your male captives. Enjoy!
24:31 And tell the believing women to lower their gaze, and guard their modesty. They should not show off their adornment beyond what may be decently and spontaneously apparent. Let them cover their chest area with their light covering. They should not let their attraction be apparent to any but their husbands or fathers or husbands’ fathers, or their sons or their husbands’ sons, or their brothers, or their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, or their women folk, or their slaves, or the male attendants who lack all sexual desire, or children who have no carnal knowledge of women. And they should not strike their feet or swing their legs in walking so as to draw attention to their hidden beauty and ornament. O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Turn all of you together to God so that you may be successful (in establishing a benevolent society). [33:59]
The use of the word slaves in the above is put alongside those people who a woman is allowed to relax her dress code in front of. This would not mean nudity [fathers, brothers!] so there is again no negative or obscene use for this word in this verse.
Dr Shabbir has also reiterated an important point, “ma malakat aymanuhunna = what women's right hands possessed = Women's servants = What women already possess.
AW in the above means ‘or’, but can also mean ‘that is’, so a better rendition of 24:31 can be:
24:31 And tell the believing women to lower their gaze, and guard their modesty. They should not show off their adornment beyond what may be decently and spontaneously apparent. Let them cover their chest area with their light covering. They should not let their attraction be apparent to any but their husbands or fathers or husbands’ fathers, or their sons or their husbands’ sons, or their brothers, or their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, or their women folk, or what their right hands possess, that is the male attendants who lack all sexual desire, or children who have no carnal knowledge of women. And they should not strike their feet or swing their legs in walking so as to draw attention to their hidden beauty and ornament. O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Turn all of you together to God so that you may be successful (in establishing a benevolent society). [33:59]
24:33. Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. BUT FORCE NOT YOUR MAIDS TO PROSTITUTION WHEN THEY DESIRE CHASTITY, IN ORDER THAT YE MAY MAKE A GAIN IN THE GOODS OF THIS LIFE. BUT IF ANYONE COMPELS THEM, YET, AFTER SUCH COMPULSION, IS ALLAH, OFT-FORGIVING, MOST MERCIFUL (TO THEM),
Now we have the twist. After saying that men can have sex with their slaves, the above verse says that you must not force women into prostituting themselves to you. The “but force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life”, means rape, so you cannot have sex with them against their wills. The women who are raped are told that they bear no sin and will be forgiven. The men? Destined for HELL.
Fatayatikum from the above means female slaves, maids. It is not the same as mimma malakat aymanukum which applies to men and women which is obvious when we look at the intervening verse:
24:32 And marry the singles among you, (whether they are widowed, divorced or bachelors). They may marry the righteous among your male and female servants. If they are poor, God will enrich them with His bounty. God is of Infinite means, and He knows all things.
24:33 Let those who cannot find a match keep chaste until God grants them sufficiency out of His bounty. If any of the male and female servants desires a deed of emancipation, write it for them ensuring good for them by way of rehabilitation. Give them from God's wealth that He has bestowed upon you. You shall not hinder, for worldly gains, your maidservants from guarding their chastity through marriage. If anyone forces them, then to them, after their being compelled, God will be Forgiving, Merciful. [Reflect on forgiveness and mercy as explained in Glossary and in 1:1. The Divine System will protect them and take full care of their mental and physical development. 4:5-6, 53:38]
24:58. O ye who believe! let those whom your right hands possess, and the (children) among you who have not come of age ask your permission (before they come to your presence), on three occasions: before morning prayer; the while ye doff your clothes for the noonday heat; and after the late-night prayer: these are your three times of undress: outside those times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about attending to each other: Thus does Allah make clear the Signs to you: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
24:59. But when the children among you come of age, let them (also) ask for permission, as do those senior to them (in age): Thus does Allah make clear His Signs to you: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
I thought the captive women were there for sex so why must they ask permission to enter when they ‘know’ what they are about to receive?
24:58 (Your social mannerism begins at home.) O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Let your servants and children who have not yet come of age ask your permission before coming in to see you on three occasions: Before you engage in your assignments at dawn, at noon when you are resting with light clothes, and after you have completed your assignments at night. These are your three times of privacy. At other times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about freely, attending to one another. In this way, God makes clear to you the revelations. God is Knower, Wise.
24:59 And when the children among you come of age, let them ask permission, like those who became adults before them asked permission. Thus God makes His revelations clear for you. God is Knower, Wise. [24:27, 24:58]
30:28 He gives you an example from your own society. Would you agree to make your employees equal partners in the provision We have bestowed upon you? Are you as mindful of them as you are mindful of yourselves? (So do you conceive of a discriminating’ God!) Thus We explain Our messages for people who use their intellect. [16:71]
Self-explanatory really, but for those who want it spelled out it means household servants or employees.
We now come to a verse where the ‘whom your right hand possess’ has been translated as prisoners of war:
33:49. O ye who believe! When ye marry believing women, and then divorce them before ye have touched them, no period of 'Iddat have you to count in respect of them: so give them a present. And set them free in a handsome manner.
33:50. O Messenger! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; AND THOSE OUT OF THE PRISONERS OF WAR whom Allah has assigned to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts, who migrated (from Makka) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Messenger if the Messenger wishes to wed her;- this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and the captives whom their right hands possess;- in order that there should be no difficulty for thee. And Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful.
33:51. Thou mayest defer (the turn of) any of them that thou pleasest, and thou mayest receive any thou pleasest: and there is no blame on thee if thou invite one whose (turn) thou hadst set aside. This were nigher to the cooling of their eyes, the prevention of their grief, and their satisfaction - that of all of them - with that which thou hast to give them: and Allah knows (all) that is in your hearts: and Allah is All- Knowing, Most Forbearing.
33:52. It is not lawful for thee (to marry more) women after this, nor to change them for (other) wives, even though their beauty attracts thee, except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth watch over all things.
So Allah in His infinite Mercy and Compassion for MEN has made female prisoners of war available for mass rape [would they be willing partners to this?]!!!!!!!!! What your right hands possess has been translated as THOSE OUT OF THE PRISONERS OF WAR, disgusting!
Let us correct this appalling meaning and set the record straight QXP:
33:50 O Messenger! We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due marital gift, and those women who have sought asylum with you and signed the marital contract (60:10). Also lawful for you in marriage were daughters of your paternal uncles and aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and aunts who had migrated with you. And lawful is a believing woman who wishes to marry the Messenger, forfeiting her due share and the Messenger is willing to marry her. This forfeiting of dowry applies to you only, and not to other believers. We have already decreed their rights regarding their wives and women who have sought asylum in their homes. This arrangement is designed to ease any social difficulties on you (as Head of the State). God is Absolver of imperfections, Clement.
33:51 You may let any of your wives leave amicably if they so wish, and likewise you may keep close those who accept the extra responsibilities (as the mothers of believers). If you reconcile with anyone you had estranged, you commit no error. This will gladden their eyes, their grief will disappear and all of them will be content with whatever you offer to them. God alone knows what is in your hearts, and God is Knower, Clement. [33:6, 33:28]
33:52 Henceforth, no other women shall be lawful to you (O Messenger), nor can you substitute anyone with other wives even if you find them attractive. None beyond those you already have. Surely, God is Watchful over all things.
70:29. And those who guard their chastity,
70:30. Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess, for (then) they are not to be blamed,
70:29 (Still Musalleen are also) Those men and women who maintain their chastity.
70:30Illa AAala azwajihim aw ma malakat aymanuhum fa-innahum ghayru
70:30 They have intimate relations only with their spouses – that is, those who are rightfully theirs through wedlock. For such relationship they are free of blame. [‘Aw’ = Or = That is = And. 23:5-7]
70:31 But anyone who seeks beyond this, those are the transgressors.
What is the difference between going out and having sex with someone you are not married to, a casual one-night stand, and doing the same with a captured woman prisoner/slave?
The Mullas are obsessed with sex in the hereafter with their Houri’s and in this life, their four wives, their child brides, their sex with thrice utterance divorce, divorce, divorce women, they have turned a simple phrase and its pure meanings into a prostituted, obscene and depraved understanding.
Outside Sources Influencing Our ‘Scholars’
We have already seen the bible verses on captured women prisoners. These have undoubtedly been used to distort the meaning of the Qur’an, mount it with this understanding. Here is another to reflect upon:
21:1 Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.
21:2 If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
21:3 If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.
21:4 If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
21:5 And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:
21:6 Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl; and he shall serve him for ever.
21:7 And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.
21:8 If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
21:9 And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
21:10 If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
21:11 And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.
The above has a male Hebrew slave becoming a permanent slave by keeping his wife and children hostage until he says he wants to become a permanent slave! The above is about keeping women as slaves, some of whom you may want to marry to your sons or marry yourself, in which case they have rights. But unmarried they have no rights and can be sold.
The Qur’an and hadith are inseparable in the minds of the majority, foreign influenced, number 2 muslims. What is truer is the Qur’an is resigned to a high shelf, blindly recited whenever a ritualistic need arises, kissed ‘respectfully’ and then placed on that top shelf again, never to be read with meaning or acted upon. The hadith forms the vast basis of their beliefs and practices, making it more HADITH less Qur’an. Let us see what these have to say about relations between men and women and the topic under discussion.
The following says that repentance is all that is needed to forgive illegal sex, so that means anyone raping a captive woman has a get out of hell card!
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 82, Number 800e: Narrated 'Ikrima from Ibn 'Abbas:
Allah's Apostles said, "When a slave (of Allah) commits illegal sexual intercourse, he is not a believer at the time of committing it; and if he steals, he is not a believer at the time of stealing; and if he drinks an alcoholic drink, when he is not a believer at the time of drinking it; and he is not a believer when he commits a murder," 'Ikrima said: I asked Ibn Abbas, "How is faith taken away from him?" He said, Like this," by clasping his hands and then separating them, and added, "But if he repents, faith returns to him like this, by clasping his hands again.
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 74, Number 285: Narrated Abu Dhar:
While I was walking with the Messenger at the Hurra of Medina in the evening, the mountain of Uhud appeared before us. The Messenger said, "O Abu Dhar! I would not like to have gold equal to Uhud (mountain) for me, unless nothing of it, not even a single Dinar remains of it with me, for more than one day or three days, except that single Dinar which I will keep for repaying debts. I will spend all of it (the whole amount) among Allah's slaves like this and like this and like this." The Messenger pointed out with his hand to illustrate it and then said, "O Abu Dhar!" I replied, "Labbaik wa Sa'daik, O Allah's Apostle!" He said, "Those who have much wealth (in this world) will be the least rewarded (in the Hereafter) except those who do like this and like this (i.e., spend their money in charity)." Then he ordered me, "Remain at your place and do not leave it, O Abu Dhar, till I come back." He went away till he disappeared from me. Then I heard a voice and feared that something might have happened to Allah's Apostle, and I intended to go (to find out) but I remembered the statement of Allah's Apostle that I should not leave, my place, so I kept on waiting (and after a while the Messenger came), and I said to him, "O Allah's Apostle, I heard a voice and I was afraid that something might have happened to you, but then I remembered your statement and stayed (there). The Messenger said, "That was Gabriel who came to me and informed me that whoever among my followers died without joining others in worship with Allah, would enter Paradise." I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Even if he had committed illegal sexual intercourse and theft?" He said, "Even if he had committed illegal sexual intercourse and theft '
The Messenger had sex slaves, may Allah forgive me for writing this and condemn those who believe and follow deviant ancestors.
Bukhari Volume 9, Book 89, Number 321: Narrated 'Aisha:
The Messenger used to take the Pledge of allegiance from the women by words only after reciting this Holy Verse:-(60.12) "..that they will not associate anything in worship with Allah." (60.12) And the hand of Allah's Apostle did not touch any woman's hand except the hand of that woman his right hand possessed. (i.e. his captives or his lady slaves).
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 77, Number 600: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
That while he was sitting with the Messenger a man from the Ansar came and said, "O Allah's Apostle! We get slave girls from the war captives and we love property; what do you think about coitus interruptus?" Allah's Apostle said, "Do you do that? It is better for you not to do it, for there is no soul which Allah has ordained to come into existence but will be created."
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 74, Number 278: Narrated Abu Said:
The people of (the tribe of) Quraiza agreed upon to accept the verdict of Sa'd. The Messenger sent for him (Sa'd) and he came. The Messenger said (to those people), "Get up for your chief or the best among you!" Sa'd sat beside the Messenger and the Messenger said (to him), "These people have agreed to accept your verdict." Sa'd said, "So I give my judgment that their warriors should be killed and their women and children should be taken as captives." The Messenger said, "You have judged according to the King's (Allah's) judgment." (See Hadith No. 447, Vol. 5)
There are hadith about freeing slaves and marrying captive women, but these and the above are a shameful indictment on the submitters to peace who believe enslaving women for sex is a sunnah, let alone enslaving anyone; where is the justice in this?
4:135 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Stand up firmly for justice, witnesses for God, even if it is against yourselves, your parents and your relatives, and whether the case is of a rich person or a poor person. God is nearer to them than you are. Do not follow your emotions lest you fall short of justice. If you distort your testimony or turn away (from this command, know that) God is Aware of all your actions.
17:70 Surely, We have conferred dignity on children of Adam (as a birthright, regardless of where the child is born), and provided them with transport on land and sea and given them decent things of life. We have favoured them over very many of those whom We have created.
17:71 But one Day We shall summon all human beings with their records. One who is given his record in the right hand will read it in jubilation. This will be a symbol of success for them, and they will receive their rewards without the least reduction.
17:72 Whoever is blind of heart here will be blind in the Hereafter as well, and yet further astray (from grace). [Individuals and nations that are blind of reason live in misery in this world, and no amount of wishful thinking will take them to success].
Summon you He will, summon you He will.
