What use of rewriting history? Is writing history important than making history? Writing history needs no great abilities or imagination since they are not inventions, they are only narrations.

To know the value of history we must know its effect on us. Like how much history benefited present day Muslims? Is it or should it be part of faith?

Logically the only history that is worth pursuing is the 'Islamic history' that we make it ourselves today for the future readers. To let them know the legacy that people of our own time were honest, able, educated, cultured, great inventors, God fearing, no sectarian, law abiding, never fighting, never deceiving, paid taxes and Zakat, took care of orphans, destitute, without beggars, etc, etc. Moreover they also respected each others’ moon so the moon had shone its motherly smile on them.

Writing history is subservient to creating history. Instead, let’s create history for the future than making a remake the old movies with some facelifting. Contemplating such a wish will be worthless.
