I948: The king of England requests Quaid-e-Azam M.A.Jinnah to greet his brother when he arrives at the Karachi airport. The honorable, dignified leader of the newly founded nation, the inimitable M.A.Jinnah says, "Okay when my brother visits London, you will personally greet him at the airport." The king's brother never made it.

News: A prince and a princess of Britain are on a four-day visit to Pakistan. People and the media are in a frenzy of jubilation. Not surprising. It was "only" 72 years ago that Pakistan gained independence from the most treacherous nation. Are Pakistanis still mental slaves of the West?
