Dear brothers and sisters:
In literature, occasionally, some metaphor or event is left unexplained deliberately to the readers' interpretation. The Qur'an also uses such techniques. For example, "We crumbled it to dusts (Mount Sinai)," may imply that the entire mountain was made of dust hold together as a single object by God's physical laws and Moses was stunned by reflecting on His infinitely pervasive nature.
In my story, intentionally I left the true nature of the organization that created the species implied as human unexplained. Some readers may find it weird or even heretic, maybe. To avoid such misunderstanding, I say that by that organization I implied the collective forces of nature acting according to the Will of God.
