Ghamidi Sahib needs to correct his history about Kashmir and independence of Indo-Pak from the British in 1947.
It was decided in 1947 that India would be split into two independent nations. Pakistan would contain the mainly Muslim regions of India, and India would retain the regions of Hindu majority.
Violating the above principle, Hindu Maharaja Hari Singh of Kashmir fled to India. He signed the Instrument of Accession, ceding the Muslim majority Kashmir to India on October 26, 1947. The Indian PM Nehru wrongfully accepted Hari Singh's violation.
