A cold front passed over Palestine and we are expecting another cold front
Wednesday. Plants are growing but people are still in disarray and Gaza
was bombed (again) using US taxpayer money (that part of the government was
not shut down). Refugees and displaced people are in cold rainy dwellings.
We are moving forward with the museum development; it would be much easier
in any other ountry, see our annual reports and plans here:
https://www.palestinenature.org/about-us/ . Two new blogs here reflects our
1) Responding to climate change, protecting the Amazon forest, helping
refugee, having justice (a road to peace), fighting racism and greed,
fighting a flu, finding meaning in life maybe connected more than we
2) Some interesting FACTOIDS of the modern era.
...Factoid 2: US Secretary of state Pompeo gave a lengthy speech (3593
words) in Cairo. We find no mention of human rights or international law
(missing). He mentioned Iran over 30 times (negatively), Israel 13 times
(positively), Palestine zero times, and 11 mentions of terrorism or terror
(never used for State terrorism). It was likely drafted by the lobby.
