There is no compulsion in Deen!
Please keep in mind this fact that the Quran is Manual of human's life and not a religious or prayer book.
Please do not judge the Quran by its available traditional explanations on the web, they do not explain the Quran but explain their favorite sources and put those words in the mouth of the Quran.
Deen means standard way of living and not a religion with a collection of rituals. (You can search on Fasting, Hajj and Prayer by search option of Ourbeacon and find their correct concepts)
There is no compulsion in Deen,
- You are free, you can choose or ignore it.
- If you choose it, then you should accept all of its teachings and not some parts of it you like.*
*There is no blind following in the Quran. The original term of faith/belief in the Quran is Imaan that means conviction after due reflection.
The only source of Islam (i.e. living in harmony with the universe and its natural laws) is the Quran.
"FIVE TIMES a DAY forced praying" and all other forcible ritualistic concepts you mentioned do not exist in the Quran.
