Quran embodies only principles & boundary line & the rituals or bye-laws would be formulated according to changing environments in the light of the need of the hour .Islam is a beautiful combination of permanence (Boundary line ) & change (Rituals/shariah ) .The laws are immutable but the bye-laws/rituals/mode of practicing will alter with the time. The shariah of even Rasool's time is not a decree to be followed rather new shariah under the umbrella of permanent laws would be devised through mutual consultations & accordingly implemented. Quran is altogether void of rituals or shariah except a few family laws. These are called shariah which means a flowing stream from an uphill waterfall which guarantees every drop of water replaced with the new drop. Kariah is juxtaposition of shariah which is stagnant water which looses its utility with the passage of time. Rituals or shariah or bye-laws are always man-made which become Divine laws when devised in the light of permanent laws. Fiqah or minhaj or shariah or bye-laws/rituals are the product of human's efforts & are always man-made but derived from Quranic Injunctions & are therefore Divinely-ordained. The constitutional islamic body can't cross the Boundary Line, within that boundary the players of the game are allowed to play at their discretion , this is the reflection of the free will & choice which is never being snatched as the central & significant characteristic of mankind. In case this choice is usurped then the man will come at the level of an animal or a stone with no movement at his will .
