I strongly believe taking interest on a loan from a person is forbidden in all circumstances, because it exploits another person directly.

However, how can we logically distinguish it from earning of an investment that only capital involves and we actually do not do any effective labour except giving money (as banking, or accelerators in area of start up companies)?
Investing and giving money is considered a service, and people earn money from this service. But giving money as a loan to a person is a service too, someone can say so taking that interest is the compensation of that service!

Dear teacher please teach me the solution of this problem.

All the best,
Kian
