Yes, they did horrendous crimes against sub continent India ( now India, Pakistan and Bangladesh)...
In just 90 years..1857-1947
By making worlds largest train tracks network,
By making universities in every major city,
By making airports in every major city,
By making land measurment system in entire sub-continent
By making canal systems for irrigation,
By making Postal office, telegraph and home delivery mail system,
My making garments industries,
By making megistrate and commisioner system,
By making parliamnet infra structure,
By making judiciary system,
By making armed forces infra structure
and ........

If British was not there, so called Mogul emperors would have done far better when they would have got time from poetry, dances and womenising and taj mahal.. Inshallah, Mashallah.
Pakistan has one train track line from south to north made by britain in 30's but Pakistan could not add another one since 1947.

Just imagin, how sub continent would have been if continuing under mogul dynasty or some other tribal kings till today. See Afghanistan, north Pakisatn and wazeeristan, how prosperous they are..Mashallah. If you can find even postal system there in this century or even next, plz let us know.
