In Response To: I am free (Imam Kaukab Siddique, Baltimore)

Bukharians believe the Prophet married a six year old girl, attacked a woman who stopped his advances, said it was ok to kill women and children etc, and you do not think this is dishonouring the Prophet?

Can you tell me what an eye for an eye means?
Does the murder of a so called blasphemer of anyone, Prophet included, make this a just punishment?
Does the killing of innocents, having nothing to do with cartoons etc, make it a just punishment for someone else's alleged blasphemy?

You are not free, but just trying to appease yourself and others with rhetoric that once you will not be subjected to threats of imprisonment if you say and do the wrong things now, will make you do and say the wrong things you falsely believe in.

The Oxford dictionary states that blasphemy is the action or offence of speaking sacrilegiously about God or sacred things; profane talk.
“This crime called blasphemy was invented by priests for the purpose of defending doctrines not able to take care of themselves"
“Blasphemy is an epithet bestowed by superstition upon common sense".
Quotes by Robert Green Ingersoll
The above quotes were addressed to muslims in a derogatory manner and I asked if they would kindly quote me a Qur’anic verse where this hadith of Allah states the punishment for blasphemy. There was no response! The other ‘hadith’ worshippers, those, 100% in their eyes, truthful tales written by their new lord Bukhari, have ample sayings in his hadith for their barbaric death sentence for blasphemers.

How To Deal With Insults
6:108 (O Believers) Do not insult the idols they set up besides God. They might insult God in their ignorance and hurt themselves. To every community We have made their deeds seem fair. Then to their Lord is their return and He will explain to them exactly what they used to do.

Believers, true muslims are told not to insult, not to blaspheme, against idols worshipped by others as they are held by them as sacred, regardless of the rights or wrongs of their actions. The Qur’an unreservedly condemns idol worship which is detrimental to society, but we cannot mock them for doing so.
Since people have rejected the "Book" they get angry or lose their minds in blind fury, usually directed at innocent bystanders who become ‘collateral damage’, martyrs who will get Jannah for being wrongfully killed! When Allah has mentioned that He may be insulted [blasphemed against] by the ignorant, and He adds NO PUNISHMENT, then who are we to murder people just because they insult anyone or anything? A few words after the mentioning of insulting like "And kill the insulters" or "cut out their eyes" would have been easy to do but is not there for a very good reason: Allah does not want us to punish ignorant people; He wants us to be educated and knowledgeable and educate others. He wants us to be the best of peoples by following His Book. This is further illustrated by the following:
41:33 And who is better in speech than one who invites people to God, tries to grow himself in goodness, fulfils the needs of others and declares, "Surely, I am one of those who surrender unto Him?"
41:34 Since good and evil cannot be alike, repel evil words and deeds in a decent manner. And, behold, he, between whom and you were enmity, may become a true friend!
41:35 Yet, none is granted this quality but those who exercise patience and restraint. And none is granted it except those who become worthy of great happiness and good fortune. This quality can make you outstandingly successful, winning. [Zu-hazzin 'azeem = Extremely fortunate, includes the two meanings
given here]
41:36 (This quality is difficult to attain because Satan, the impulsive emotions and rogue people, will try to instigate.) Hence, if a prompting from Satan stirs you up into anger, seek refuge with God (recalling this admonition immediately). Indeed, He is All Hearing, All Knowing.
41:37 (Divine Guidance helps people live a balanced life as seen in the Universe.) Among His Signs are the night and the day as well as the sun and the moon. Adore neither the sun nor the moon, but adore God Who created them, if it is Him you wish to serve.
The sublime Qur’an says those who truly believe in Allah and His Messenger will repel evil words with good deeds.

Have Patience With Them
43:83 So let them chatter and play until they meet their Day which they have been promised.
43:84 He is the One Who is God in the heaven and God on the earth. And He is the Wise, the Knower.
43:85 And Blessed is He to Whom belongs the Kingdom of the highs and the lows and all that is between them. And with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Him you shall be returned. [He knows when mankind will rally around the Divine Ideology, and every step of yours is getting closer to it]
43:86 And those whom they call instead of Him possess no power of intercession, except such who stand up to witness in truth and they know. [2:255]
43:87 And if you ask them who created them, they will say, "God." Why then do they deviate (and refuse to acknowledge His sovereignty in their lives)? [43:9]
43:88 And he (the Messenger) exclaims, "O My Lord! These are people who do not accept the truth." [His call will be heard. 18:6, 26:3]
43:89 THEN BEAR WITH THEM, AND SAY, "PEACE!" IN TIME, THEY WILL COME TO KNOW WHAT THEY DO NOT KNOW NOW.

Bear with the blasphemers, say peace to them and by your best example they may turn themselves to you; whole, not pieces, please!

The Qur’an And Human Life
In order to look at the issue from the Qur’anic point of view [remember that we must judge everything from this Book or else we are declared kafirs, deniers of the truth we read in the Qur’an], we should look at what it says regarding the sanctity of human life and under what circumstances we are allowed to take it:-
5:32 On that account, We decreed to the Children of Israel (the Eternal Moral Ordinance for all humanity 2:178) that whoever kills a human being, unless it be for murder or bloody crimes on the earth, it would be as if he killed all mankind. And whoever saves one life it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And, indeed, Our messengers came to them with evident Truth, yet, behold, even after this, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land.
5:33 The just punishment for those who wage war against God and His Messenger and endeavour to commit bloody crimes on earth, is that they be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet severed on alternate sides or be entirely banished from the land. Such is their disgrace in this world, and an awful suffering awaits them in the Hereafter.
[Fasaad = Bloody crimes = Spreading corruption in the land = Creating disorder. 'God and Rasool' ... None can physically fight against God, and the Rasool (S) was a mortal man. Hence, God and Rasool denote the Central Authority of the Islamic State. Waging war against God and Rasool would mean rebellion against the true Islamic State. 'Severing the hands and feet' may also be understood as cutting of their ability to create Fasaad. See 5:38 & 12:31. 'Banishing from the land' indicates exile or imprisonment for life]
Fasaad in the above stands for bloody crimes, acts of terrorism, with the punishment fitting the crime. Someone who robs people could be imprisoned, whilst a terrorist who kills will be executed. But it is blatantly clear that anyone who does not 'take a life' does not have their life forfeited.

Qur’anic Punishment For Blasphemy?
The punishment for reviling Allah or the Messenger is missing from the Qur’an. Their false beliefs are ‘alluring’ for them, in other words, falsehood looks good to them, not that Allah has made them this way. There are short term benefits that people get for themselves, but these eventually lead to problems. On Judgement Day, Allah will show them the error of their ways, again no beheading or stoning to death in this world.
The Messenger has throughout history been vilified, blasphemed against, by ignorant people who seem to get most of their ammunition from the false hadith and false history we arm them with. It was the backward, barbaric acts of a few so-called Muslims that led to those insulting cartoons in Danish newspapers and elsewhere. Muslims were more upset by these cartoons than of the suicide bombers murdering innocent women and babies! “They were guilt by association”, how sick can you get?
Why is it not blasphemy to state that the Messenger married Aisha when she was six years old, making him a paedophile (may Allah forgive me for writing this nonsense) or are they so blind that whatever Bukhari states is an authentic account of the Messenger's life must be followed, so we cannot put intelligent thinking over ancestral tales. Is this filth not insulting Allah and His Messenger? Muslims seem to eat up this falsehood just because they have been told it is true and to deny this is going outside the ‘house of Islam’. The Mullas have gained a strangle hold on the Muslim psyche and any questioning of their rantings is condemned; God forbid we show them a Qur’anic verse, they would not even recognise it! When you disagree over what THEY say and not what the Qur’an says, this brings up the stoning to death of blasphemers which most fear, so Muslims sit back in the Mosques and listen to the Mulla preach nonsense. Pay for four witnesses to testify they heard a person say something against the Messenger or his so-called hadith and off with his head!
3:21 Those who reject the message of God, and wrongfully kill the Messengers or their Mission by mixing truth with falsehood and kill or harm the advocates of justice in the society; promise them grievous retribution.
Murder Or Reason With Them?
We Muslims respect Allah and all messengers and would not, should not use blasphemous language or 'cartoons' about anything that anybody holds sacred. The Qur’an gives us the wisdom on how to deal with those who do not hold this point of view, and it does not involve murder, threats to murder, flag burning, rioting, firebombing buildings, etc:
16:123 We have revealed to you this message (O Messenger), "Follow the creed of Abraham who turned away from all that is false." (2:125). He was, by no means, of the idolaters.
16:124 And know that the observance of Sabbath was ordained for those who came to hold divergent views about him. Your Lord will judge between them on the Resurrection Day, where they differed (from the way of Abraham). [2:65, 4:47, 4:154, 7:163]
16:125 Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and sound exhortation. Reason with them most decently. Your Lord is best Aware of him who strays from His path, and He is best Aware of the upright.

Context? Jews! Yes, according to forged hadith, those people who should be killed if found behind a rock, but according to the Qur’an they MUST BE REASONED WITH in the most beautiful of ways. If you strap a semptex vest on and mass murder them, then do not expect that they turn the other cheek [or what's left of it] since they do the same as you do by not following the Divine Guidance Allah sent for all mankind; expect them to bomb schools, UN shelters, your women and children! Yes, USA and the false WMD agenda to rout muslim lands, and Israel is in violation of the UN occupying Palestinian lands, but do we resort to their age of ignorance tactics or are we not supposed to be better?

Sharia Or Bible- One And The Same
Where do we get the murdering blasphemers sharia rules if not from the Qur’an? The Bukharians know very well what Bukhari wrote, but they were copied from or an ex Jew narrated this from a make belief chain originating from:

Bible Leviticus chapter 24: A Blasphemer Put to Death
24:10 Now the son of an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father went out among the Israelites, and a fight broke out in the camp between him and an Israelite.
24: 11 The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name with a curse; so they brought him to Moses. (His mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri the Danite.)
24:12 They put him in custody until the will of the LORD should be made clear to them.
24:13 Then the LORD said to Moses:
24:14 "Take the blasphemer outside the camp. All those who heard him are to lay their hands on his head, and the entire assembly is to stone him.
24:15 Say to the Israelites: 'Anyone who curses their God will be held responsible;
24:16 anyone who blasphemes the name of the LORD is to be put to death. The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
24:17 "'Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.
24:18 Anyone who takes the life of someone's animal must make restitution--life for life. 19 Anyone who injures their neighbour is to be injured in the same manner:
24:20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. The one who has inflicted the injury must suffer the same injury.
24: 21 Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a human being is to be put to death.
24:22 You are to have the same law for the foreigner and the native-born. I am the LORD your God.'"
24:23 Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him. The Israelites did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Is Allah so weak that He needs people to be sacrificed over the ignorance that they say or do? He will Judge them on that Day, and if you can find me an equivalent verse in the Qur’an to the ones in the Bible, then I will recant all I have just written.
Until then, sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.
