I am Professor Muhammad Yahya Jalalpuri. Aisha Bibi was my pious mother. Her elders had done her Nikah with Abdurrazaq in 1926 but he became a Qadiani before Rukhsati (consummation of marriage).

My mother and her father filed a lawsuit in Bahwalpur court, a very upright Judge Muhammad Akbar. My mother and her father filed for divorce since Abdurrazaq had become a non-Muslim. The Qadianis fought the case hard so it lasted 9 years (1926-1935).

Justice Akbar was trying to find an accurate definition of NABI/Rasool. 15 top Ulema represented my mother but the court was not satisfied with their definition. Then he accidentally found the most perfect definition in an article by Allama Ghulam Ahmad Parwez. The Urdu article was MECHANIKI ISLAM. The very honorable Judge wrote the decision the very next day that any Muslim becoming a Qadiani was an apostate and hence the Nikah was annulled.

The case of my mother Aisha Bibi was a first of its kind in the British India making headlines and it has been impacting the issue globally till today. It has been repeatedly published since 1935.

It is still available in Pakistan and India as MUQADDAMA BAHAWALPUR 1926-1935.
