You have given us this reference from Imam Hasan Askari who says that Allah gave these sayings/instructions to Moses:
Almighty Allāh ( Subhanahu wa-ta'ala) revealed to Prophet Musa bin ‘Imran (alayhi salām):
"If you bring back one, who has ran away from Me or missed the right path, this deed will be better than worshipping Me for a hundred years in such a manner that you fast all days and pray all nights.
Moosa (alayhi salām) asked: My Lord, who is it that avoids you?
Allāh revealed: One, who is disobedient.
Moosa (alayhi salām) asked: Who is it, that has gone astray from Your path?
Allāh said: One, who does not know the Imam of his time, who may have taught him the manners of Islamic laws and method of worshipping Allāh , through which he may gain the pleasure of Allāh".
According to the Qur’an, the Last Messenger of Allah, the real last one, was sanctioned against ascribing sayings to Allah and the consequences of doing so would be disastrous. If we are told that the Last Messenger could not, did not, or he would have been killed on the spot, ascribe sayings to Allah, you are a very brave man to tell us that Imam Hasan Askari has ascribed sayings to Allah that have no Qur’anic bases.
69:40 This is the revealed Word in the dialect of a noble Messenger. [44:58]
69:41 This is not the utterance of a poet. Seldom do you choose to believe.
69:42 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little of your intellect do you bring to use.
69:43 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds.
69:44 And if he had ascribed his sayings to Us,
69:45 We would have taken him by the right hand,
69:46 And would have cut off his Aorta.
[‘Wateen’ = Artery of the heart = Life line = Life-artery = Strength = Revelation to the Prophet. This implies that no true Prophet could possibly propagate falsehood]
69:47 And none of you could stop Us from doing that.
69:48 But, it is a Reminder and a giver of eminence to those who seek to live upright.
69:49 We know well that among you will be deniers.
69:50 And this denial will become a source of regret for the rejecters.
69:51 It is the absolute truth.
69:52 Strive to manifest the glory of your Lord’s Tremendous Name.
Please think and stop yourself from being amongst those whose denial will become a source of regret for the rejecters, before it is too late.
