You say that you “do not separate science/secular from your Deen”.

The Prophet Abraham also did not separate science/secular from his Deen, but he used the methodology of ilm-ul-yaqin, ayn-ul-yaqin and haqq-ul-yaqin to do so because if he used the “science based”/”evidence based” methodology of modern science, he would have ended up denying the existence of God, let alone rejecting religion altogether and he would have definitely supported the Theory of Evolution, and not Creationism.

Let me explain this with another example:

Atheists and secularists state that we should establish a Post-Modern society based on “reason and science” but according to their methodology of “science based”/”evidence based”, they deny the existence of God and all of religion that was based on blind and myths.

Abraham also established a Post-Modern society based on “reason and science” but he established it by using the methodology of ilm-ul-yaqin, ayn-ul-yaqin and haqq-ul-yaqin, which accepted both the existence of God and the secular and scientific path of the creation as observed by him when God “showed him the natural laws of the different dominions of the heavens and the earth”.

Hence, you are lying when you say you do not render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s.

For example, in the Qur’an, Allah gives an account of the creation as it was created by Him. Instead of using it as the Criterion to establish the Truth and Falsehood of Evolution, you are using your science book knowledge of Evolution as the Criterion to judge the Revealed knowledge of Qur’an on Creationism. This is totally contrary to the teachings of the Qur’an which was sent to reveal “the all truth” and Reality of our Universe in all the issues of human knowledge, not God’s.

For example, you have no idea how humans came into existence. You say that “A chimpanzee did not give birth to a human but our ancestors progressively evolved to make us what we are today”. What kind of nonsense is this when the Theory of Evolution is of the view that all species of creations evolved from the origin of the previous species?

There is nothing in the Qur’an to state that anything evolved from anything or something. For example, God initiated the Big Bang by compressing the “smoke” (interstellar dust and gas) and that when the planet earth was ready to be inhabited, it was “void of shape and form”. In other words, it had no mountains, seas, dry land, sunlight, etc. (Al Qur’an 79:28-33, Isiah 40:22, Genesis 1:2).

Hence, it was God who created everything in every detail in our universe as we see it today. And He asks the question: “And which of the favors of His in His creation will you deny”?

Therefore, under the circumstances, for you to conclude that “our ancestors progressively evolved to make us who we are today” and that God did not create us to be who we are is truly blasphemous.

Hence, nothing in your Posts convinces me that you have Guidance from God to reduce both religion and Godless science to Reality.

Best Regards,
AK Sayed (South Africa).
