"Whilst some specific restrictions on the wearing of full-face veils for the purposes of public safety may be legitimate, this blanket ban is neither necessary nor proportionate and violates the rights to freedom of expression and religion.

It is not a HUMAN RIGHT neither RELIGIOUS EXPRESSION to cover the face.

Human right means you have a choice to do so.
Religious expression means you are told to do so, choice is removed.

Qur'an does not mandate this practice but verses show that your face must be shown except for those in ignominy/despair= hadith worshipping bukharians.
