I am sorry that you had to loose your usual sweet cool but the fact is that Perwaiz had limitations on economics. His interpretations and understanding of islam were near perfect as of Jawaid Ghamdi who is today's scholar having better perceptions on Islam, Quran, hadees, economics, family matters, geography and history. Perhaps that is why he is admired every where. Perwaiz could not make larger influence in his own country. But that is understandable too.
Dr. shabbir is not influenced by Perwaiz but has similarity since both and many others are of same line of understanding. Perwaiz couldnt have written QXP but I give due credit on his scholarship and hardwork in a country where it is very difficult.
in 21st century and future, if you have to progress then we have to look towards scholars who believe in present and future and not past. Eonomic has nothing to do with our past of gold coins, and wheat sacs. Muslim world is still full of limited u/standing mullahs who cant think ahead but keep talking about H. Omar economy and Shaikh Gilani stories etc. Example is new foul mouth Khadim Rizvi in Pakistan, people like him are becoming big leaders.
