I expect a better response from a person of your caliber. Who has mentioned the mother of Moses and in which context? Did God give glad tidings of a son to her? Did she respond in the same way as Mary did?

If an error is repeated over and over again, does it become “right”? Rather, it is the classic definition of insanity.
Here is 3:47 once more: She said, "My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?" He said, " kadhāliki – Thus, like this way/mode/manner - Allah creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is.
Where is the confusion? The verse is abundantly clear as to how God creates, i.e. His infinite power of creation is not limited to circumstances as we mortals are. Thus, God clearly states a GENERAL RULE for His abilities:
[16:40]: Indeed, Our word to a thing when We intend it is but that We say to it, "Be," and it is.
Also, note the difference between what God said to Mary and to Zachariya in response to their surprises. Zachariya’s wife was cured, thus, God used different words to convey it.
