Please reflect upon following translation by Dr. Saheb. Quran does not say that women are unable to express them. Even learned Allama Parvez missed it in his Mafhoom ul Quran.
43:18 أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُاْ فِى ٱلۡحِلۡيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلۡخِصَامِ غَيۡرُ مُبِينٍ۬

43:18 (He says), “What! That which has to be raised in ornament?” And then he finds himself in an inner conflict (whether to let the daughter live or bury her in the dust!)8
Wa huwa fil khisamis commonly rendered to mean that the baby girl would grow up to be less eloquent in a conflict. But, after much reflection, I find myself in agreement with Muhammad Asad, since Huwa is a male pronoun referring to the father and not to the baby-girl.
