Name is never one’s identity, except how one flavors. Like the word ‘Nihar’ originates from Arabic, which means early morning. The subcontinent cuisine Nihari emerged from Nihar which was early morning feast by Nawabs in Mughal era. Today Nihari is eaten any time of the day. So, what’s in name Mr. Nihar!
