Peace Bro.Jawaid, first I must say that I am not a Scholar(This in reference to where are all the Scholars),but a student of the Qur'an and am still learning,I would say that I am a Contributor to the Forum, and I think that you have a very lot of patience with Bro.Dawood,he is basing a lot of his assumptions on sources outside the Qur'an,mostly on Traditions, which we are warned not to follow see Sura2:170 Sura6:116, Sura7:28, Sura10 :78,Sura26:74,Sura31:21,Sura33:67,and many more verses.
The same goes for the Creed of Abraham, which is found in totality in the Qur'an ,Monotheism and Submission to Allah, with all the details in the Qur'an.
Example of going over old topics ,Bro. Shabbir covered the old so-called Shariah Laws several times in the past,I made a contribution to that also, showing all the places in the Bible where they are found, but totally absent from the Qur'an,the ritual Salaat is totally absent from the Qur'an also.
I have seen you taking on Bro.Dawood's points and clearly showing what the Qur'an says, but I don't think he is seeing it.I did not want to get into that ,as I would be referencing the same verses as you did,so what will be the point in my involvement?
I think a few of the Contributors on the Forum are thinking the same way,I do come to the Forum from time to time, but my active absence does not mean that I am absent,Insha Allah I will continue to read you and Bro.Dawood's contributions which I hope will soon come to a Qur'anic conclusion, have patience,Allah knows best.
