This is called mixing of apples and oranges. You are talking about method/ways/rites to practice Deen and then quoting 3:23? What 3:23 has to do with rites in Deen? Have you seen the context in which 3:23 appears? Did you ponder who are the people who are first given part of the book and then invited to let the book "arbitrate" between them? What is being talked about here? No rites, whatsoever. Educate yourself please before creating confusion.
