Does the Verse 2:230 whispers premeditation in the ear?

Planned Halala is a premeditated act i.e., something done before it is done. Premeditation differs from pure innocent will, where it constitutes a crime because it supposes besides will, a constructed human thought. One marriage contract needed for the execution of the next contract is perversity. Virtue by premeditation is vice, Mutah is no different. That's one reason, in legal conventions premeditated crime is a first degree crime.
