Sects begin with disagreements. If disagreement turns into hate means this pathological case has passed from consciousness to subconsciousness mind. This further create disagreement between sectarian's conscious and consciousness, therefore sectarianism is hard to eliminate. It is only with conscious mind one can understands healthy disagreement rather than engraving on doormat.
