Iftekhar Bhai,

Mushriks are anyone that associates partners with Allah, follows anyone/anything other than Allah so that makes trinitarian Christians and Rabbinical Jews mushrik.
We have the Quran saying that the people of the Book should look at the truths of the Quran and remove the falsehood in their beliefs and practices, making them true followers of God with whatever cultural baggage they may have that is not against the Quran.

There are no Ebionites alive and as for the Unitarians, they still make Jesus Lord, but not THE LORD, so in my humble opinion we should not play fast and loose with the Quran and allow believing women to marry other than believing men.

I would caution against compromising until we understand exactly what they are and how they fit in with the Quran.
