The jurists are helpless to such extent anʹt change themselves but would change Quranʹs content.
How sad, the jurists canʹt shift their outlook, but would prefer to change the Holy Book!
I think Alama Iqbal meant this:
96:1 Read! With the Name of your Lord Who created.
96:2 Created man from a zygote.
This means Muhammad was in a cave contemplating the meaning of life when a winged angel, Gabriel, appeared to him and said read. He replied I cannot, grabbed him , wrestled with him etc.
96:9 Have you seen the kind of man who forbids
96:10 A servant when he follows the Divine Commands?
This means Muhammad was given revelation other than the Quran about how to perform a ritual namaz ritual as 6000 verses were already earmarked for speaking about other things for the Quran so Allah left them out, just like He allowed a goat to eat the stoning to death verses.
53:1 Witness are the Stars that set along a course appointed. [They never misguide you. He Who commands them, commands the Messenger 6:98, 56:75. Wa = And = Consider = Witness = For = By. Najm is singular as well as plural in the form of a galaxy]
53:2 Your honored companion is neither in error, nor is he misled.
53:3 Nor does he utter the Word out of his desire.
53:4 This (Qur’an) is but a revelation that is being revealed to him.
This means the Messenger had a close encounter with Gabriel who taught him how to read, what is faith and the means to perform a ritual prayer. He was only describing the incident and they mocked him, so the Quran had to answer them so they would believe him. Still no room for the namaz instructions, 24/7 but not important enough.
“This [Quran]” does not mean just the Quran as how else are we going to perform namaz with the Quran alone as the instructions are not in it?
53:10 And thus He revealed to His servant what He revealed. [In this way He revealed to His votary all that He wanted to reveal (for the guidance of mankind)].
53:11 And never did he find contrary to reason what he learned. [2:285, 6:164. Raa = Saw, learned, observed, took to heart]
53:12 Will you, then, contend with him concerning what he has learned (that you have not)?
53:13 He has recalled the revelation (on his heart) once again. [2:185] [Furthermore the state of Wahi is not that of a dream which cannot be experienced for the second time, in the same sequence and detail.) However, the Nabi’s eyes can see again the phenomena he has seen once. (Therefore for him the seeing of realities is not the same as dreaming. Wahi is not a dream. It is the observance of real facts.)]
This means he had previous, unrecorded revelation which is a binding sunnah upon us though we have no proof other than what was written 300years after the events by fairy tales authors who knew the precise details that even HD, 3D video could not have produced. The scholars were closer to the times and cannot be wrong! To deny the scholars is to deny Allah.
