[53:13]: And he certainly saw him in an ukh'rā ( = another/latter/other than the former or first) descent.
Thus, what is being described before 53:13 is obviously the first encounter. Now what he saw and happened in this encounter:
[53:3-12]: “And not he (prophet) speaks from the desire. Not it (his speech) is except a revelation revealed. Has taught him (prophet) the mighty/strong/hardy, the possessor of soundness/sound intellect, and he rose, while he was in the horizon - the highest, then he approached and came down, and was at a distance of two bows or nearer, thus/so, he revealed to His servant what he revealed. The heart/mind did not give an untrue account (mā kadhaba l-fuādu) of what he saw/perceived. Then/so, will you dispute/argue/doubt with him what he saw/perceived?”
The day the following happened, prophet was praying different than the others who did not follow him:
[96:9-10] – “Have you seen the one who forbids A servant when he prays.”
Prophet was asked by God: [96:19] – No! Do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near.
