In my view, this is precisely the problem. You don’t want to consider the clear/Mubeen words and phrases, i.e. verses, already in the Quran, rather you want to see a verse that fits your specific words, phrases, and limited understanding. When 4:102 clearly stated that prophet lead them in prayers, companions of course did it, following him in prayers as he prayed. Though this is a war-like situation, Prophet stood for prayers, companions lined up behind him and prayed, yet you cannot see a verse “authorising us to follow the way the Messenger did the prayer”?

This is where you intended to go with your quest for a verse of your desire, my brother. Since exact words as per your mind are not in the Quran, you are now free to define your way, disregarding other relevant verses. Since you brought up Sunnah stuff, please define:
1. What is Sunnah?
2. What is the Sunnah of prophet?
3. What is the Sunnah of God?
4. Where does it say “only sunnah to follow is the sunnah of Allah”?
