Dear Sir,
No doubt that there are great contradictions in how to offer the Namaz and wudhu etc.
However, I find this confusing: "Is it possible that Namaaz is a minor part of SALAAT? The answers can be found in ISLAM: THE TRUE HISTORY AND FALSE BELIEFS by Dr. Shabbir Ahmed.]"
I've read your book and I quote your opinion: "In my humble opinion, we should continue the ritual Namaz as it is until a true Qur’anic rule is established somewhere. The government will then decide how to bring the true spirit of Salaat into today’s empty ritual."
The Namaz rituals were stolen from Zoroastrianism, we have no unified method of Namaz, it's not mentioned in the Quran, and it's all empty rituals as you say.
With due respect, why should we continue? The only thing I found in the Quran which resembles Namaz, is the following:

7:205 Remember your Lord within yourself humbly and in reverence, and without raising your voice, morning and evening. Be not among the negligent.

Is it that the Namaz is too rooted is today's Islam and we fear to challenge it, or am I just a confused bachi? :)

Best regards,
Your student Annam
