For most average Muslims, calorie intake and quality of food generally increases in Ramadan, while day time is spent in more sleeping. What end does it achieve through 'training program of abstinence'? How does it train and what does it trains? Fasting is also generally easier for sick than healthy. Most sick person doesn’t feel like eating than the healthy.

I think there is ‘more and more much’ to know than be logician.
