Your post shows some premature jollity over command change. I am not a fan of NS, but the post gives an impression that once IK takes over, society will find themselves living in paradise rejoicing, drumming and dancing colorful Bhangra on street.
As we know it, corruption, embezzlement, fraud, exist everywhere, at every level in every country. Read Transparency International reports. Corruption regrettably is the way that human nature necessitates. No country has ever been successful in eliminating corruption to zero, including US and all other developed countries. No country could ever get perfect mark for being corruption free. Successful countries at the best aim at keeping corruption to its minimum.
A large part of mankind is corrupt in varying conditions and need, otherwise Eve and Adam would not have been thrown out of heaven. Some are corrupt because of need, others are by avarice. What can you expect from a Miskeen lower rank policeman in the third world whose income is 10K and expense 20K? They have been forced to lose both sides of struggle, worldly and spiritually. Avarice is other reason, well-paid public leaders and their cohorts are corrupt because of worldly wishes in contrast to heavenly requisites.
Let them arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong. Pakistan is a resource starved country; will IK successfully provide enough means for the poor and enforce virtue among the wealthy part of the society. Will he succeed in monetary and civic enforcement to liberate people from the remorse of corruption? I hope so, but let the time decide rather than jumping to conclusion before the egg is hatched.
