THE AL-QUR’ÂNIC ARABIC WORD SUNNAH APPEARS 13 TIMES IN 8 VERSES IN AL-QUR’AN

Nowhere in Al-Qur'an does the word Sunnah applies to the sayings and actions of Muhammad (a.s). And Muhammad would NEVER have changed any word of Allâh to refer to him!

Sunnah appears once in this verse: Surah Al-Hijr, 15 Verse 13:
“They do not believe in IT (i.e. AL-Qur’ân), and indeed the example of the former people has already passed.”

Sunnah appears twice in this verse; Surah Al-Isra, 17 Verse 77:
(This is Our) course with regard to those of Our Messengers whom We (i.e. Allâh) sent before you (i.e. Muhammad), and you shall not find a change in Our course.”

Sunnah appears once in this verse: Surah Al-Kahf, 18 Verse 55:
“And what is there to keep back men from believing, now that Guidance has come to them, nor from praying for forgiveness from their Rabb, but that (they ask that) the ways of the ancients be repeated with them, or the wrath be brought to them face to face?”

Sunnah appears once in this verse: Surah Al-Ahzab, 33 Verse 38:
“There can be no difficulty to the Prophet in what Allâh has indicated to him as a duty. It was the practice (approved) of Allâh amongst those of old that have passed away. And the command of Allah is a decree determined.

Sunnah appears twice in this verse: Surah Al-Ahzab, 33 Verse 62:
“(Such was) the practice (approved) of Allâh among those who lived aforetime: No change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allâh.”

Sunnah appears thrice in this verse: Surah Fatir, 35 Verse 43:
“On account of their arrogance in the land and their plotting of Evil, but the plotting of Evil will hem in only the authors thereof. Now are they but looking for the way the ancients were dealt with? But no change wilt thou find in Allâh's way (of dealing): no turning off wilt thou find in Allâh's way (of dealing).”

Sunnah appears once in this verse: Surah Ghafir, 40 Verse 85:
“But their professing the Faith (imân) when they (actually) saw Our Punishment was not going to profit them. (Such has been) Allah's way of dealing with His Servants (from the most ancient times). And even thus did the Rejecters of Allâh perish (utterly)!”

Sunnah appears twice in this verse: Surah Al-Fath, 48 Verse 23:
“(Such has been) the practice (approved) of Allâh already in the past: no change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allâh.”

Nowhere does the word Sunnah applies to the sayings and actions of Muhammad (a.s). And Muhammad would NEVER have changed any word of Allâh to refer to him!

LOOK AT THE SEVERE WARNING BY ALLÂH TO ANYONE WHO CHANGES / DISTORTS / OR GIVES THEIR OWN MEANINGS TO HIS WORDS /VERSES:

41-40. “THOSE WHO PERVERT THE TRUTH IN OUR (i.e. Allâh’s) AYÂT (signs) are not hidden from US (i.e. Allâh). Which is better? – One that is cast into the fire, or one that comes safe through, on the Day of Judgment? Do what ye will: verily HE (i.e. Allâh) seeth (clearly) all that ye do.”
