We cannot get a complete picture of namaz from Quran OR the vast fairy tales called hadith, ask a Mullah if you doubt me. The only honest answer is that you do this because you were taught it by your parents, who got it from their parents etc, i.e. ancestral worship. And what does the Quran say on this point:-

2:170 When it is said unto these (satans), "Follow what God has revealed", they say, "Nay! We follow that wherein we found our ancestors.” "What! Even though their ancestors (and the ancient Imams) were lacking in understanding and were not rightly guided?”
[5:104, 10:78, 11:62, 11:87, 21:53, 34:43, 38:7, 43:23. Hudan and derivatives = Prominent = Bright = Lighted = Clearly visible = Leading = Guidance = Lighthouse = A well-lit road = A landmark of identification in the desert or sea]
2:171 The likeness of such blind followers is that (of a herd of sheep) which hear the shepherd’s call, but hear in it nothing more than a sound and a shout. Deaf, dumb, blind, for they use not their reason and, hence, fail to attain good common sense.
[This is subhuman level of existence 7:179. ‘Unq = Shepherd’s call. Shepherd here pertains to religious leaders who have learned some meaningless words or tenets, and a herd of sheep is the masses that blindly follow them. Kufr embraces blind following in addition to denying or concealing the truth. Perceptual senses alone cannot distinguish human beings from the rest of the Animal Kingdom. It is the data processing or intellectual analysis that makes them distinct]

I for one obey Allah through His Book. If it is not there, I do not do it.

Your two questions:-

1. what is that salaat that we offer five times a day, other than establishing the system? where we can find reference in quran about it, its timmings, what to read in salaat, how to offer salaat?

Answer
Salat is abiding by the laws of Allah. How else do birds do salat?:-

24:41Do you not realize that Allah, He it is Whom all beings in the heavens and the earth glorify, and the birds, with their wings outspread, as they fly in columns. All of them know their SALAT and TASBEEH (mission and strife). Allah is Aware of what they do to fulfill His Plan.

Timings of salat are all your working day:-

17:78 You shall strive in the Divine Cause from morning to night. The Qur’an upsprings the Light for you to witness your objective and your way. Its likeness is the Dawn that brings light after a dark night. (42:38).

2. muslim ummah has so many diff. thoughts and every one has the right to think and make his own view point how can there be one alined ummah and how to have a islamic state with diff. sects of islam, all with their sincereity read quran and try to understand, so is the reason the more people ponde the more sect arise, is it practicall to have a state with one ummah which can be called a muslim state.

Answer
No-one has the right to make up something that is not in accordance with the Quran which is what sectarianism is all about. So GO BACK TO ONLY THE QURAN. Leave out interpreting the Quran from past scholars, from hadith, from history, and use the different verses of the Quran that speak about a subject to understand the meaning of the verse.

There was one state at the time of the Messenger, Abu Bakr, Umar, Othman, Ali, then a short while afterwards. Those people had nothing compared to what we have today yet they began to change the world for the better with the meagre resources available to them. Why and how? Because they understood the Quran and practiced what it preached. The knee that obedience to Allah was obeying the Quran, not hadith nor sunnah of a man, any man, whoever he may be.

If I can quote a fairy tale hadith to make this clearer, when the Messenger died Abu Bakr said

“By Allah in Whose Hands my life is, Allah will never make you taste death twice." Then he went out and said, "O oath-taker! Don't be hasty." When abu bakr spoke, 'Umar sat down. abu bakr praised and glorified Allah and said, No doubt! Whoever worshipped Muhammad, then Muhammad is dead, but whoever worshipped Allah, then Allah is Alive and shall never die." Then he recited Allah's Statement.:-- "(O Muhammad) Verily you will die, and they also will die." (39.30) He also recited:-- "Muhammad is no more than an Apostle; and indeed many Apostles have passed away, before him, If he dies Or is killed, will you then Turn back on your heels? And he who turns back On his heels, not the least Harm will he do to Allah And Allah will give reward to those Who are grateful." (3.144) (Bukhari,Book #57, Hadith #19)”
