Who said anything about you being Zionist? -_- The reason I pointed out these questions of practical improvement for the lot of all of us is because "...that even gentiles will eventually merge with the Great Spirit and thus attain Salvation" sounded sort of like a Jewish endgame. And it sounded like an endgame that had no practical significance for the rest of us. For me, Islam is from start to finish about practical reality, not some abstract, spiritual one we can make and remake as we see fit. If you think that not having clear answers to the questions posed is no big deal, and feel comfortable with finding the way forward through guesswork as a guide, then by all means proceed.
At the risk of sounding "un-scientific", and "arrogant", I can comfortably suggest to you that the answers to the way forward are already here. You have only to read them.
