Okay, so it appears that the case needs to be thoroughly investigated. My worry is the "all quiet on the Western front" attitude of the victim. If it was not Capt. Hammad, who did Shazia think it was? There has to be some sort of description of the perpetrator by the victim published in the media. However, there doesn't seem to be one--even in the FIR. I am more inclined towards believing that the Army gagged the mouth of the victim and the family. How? It's anybody's guess. If Bugti was an oppressor, the role of ISI in Baluchistan is not angelic either--ISI has been proven to show its BRUTE face time and time again. After all, who is responsible for the 'missing persons'?

Will the victim get justice? Well, to a significant extent, it depends upon the victim and her family. Why does she not display the courage of Kaur and set up an example for other possible victims.
