Dear Brother Khalil,
I feel disappointed at our friends either ignoring questions or being ignorant about issues.
The Sufi/Mystic parlance arbitrarily (and stupidly) divides the Universe into three portions.
1. ALAM-E-NASOOT (The Material World)
2. ALAM-E-MALAKOOT (The World of Angels)
3. ALAM-E-LAHOOT (The Realm of God)
This is nothing but nonsensical, fanciful thinking.
Sufis and Mullahs cannot show us the Qur'an endorsing this conjecture anywhere.
Even the great Sir Allama Muhammad Iqbal tripped here unconsciously doing some rare disservice to the Muslim mind.
For example, here is one of his most well-known couplets:
AE TAAER-E "LAHOOTI" USS RIZQ SE MAUT ACHCHI
JISS RIZQ SE AATI HO PARWAAZ MEIN KOTAAHI
MASHRIQ NAHIN GO AALAM-E-NAZZARA SE MEHROOM
LAIKIN SIFAT-E "ALAM-E LAHOOT" HAI KHAAMOSH
