Dear brother, You are calling it "ablution" because you heard this word from your parents and religious imams. Washing your body parts is "Wudhu" and this is what you've been taught since your childhood. I completely understand that it's not your fault. Rather it's just that you are unable to free your mind from what you've learned. (It's natural)
All I want you to do is to look at the other side of the picture. What if your parents and the religious Imams are wrong? Think about the ever deteriorating condition of (so called) Muslims throughout the world, despite the fact that they believe and follow the ritualistic Islam. Trust me bro, I know a lot of so called "namazees" who pray more than you do but I have seen no positive change in their attitude, their ethics, their social life and their family life. I am not saying you are wrong and I am right. Rather, I Just want you to use your logic/reason and think about all this in a practical way. Leaving this discussion is not the solution. Let's try and conclude this in a healthy and positive manner :)
If you are willing to continue, here is my question again;
You and I both believe that Quran contains everything and there is nothing missing. Now tell me, do you think the method of namaaz has been mentioned in Quran? If "yes" then where? If "no" then why not?
