Dear Sister,

Dogs.exe: This is a low-risk threat that can easily be removed by any good anti-virus software. Please ensure your virus definitions are up to date before running a full system scan. Here is a link to detailed info on the threat: http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2002-083011-5732-99

If you need a free antivirus software, you can download this one from: http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?tag=mncol

Key Loggers: If you have installed key loggers on your computer, then the best idea would be to uninstall the program so any unidentified spyware on your system may not be able to misuse the data saved by the key logger. If you are unaware of the presence of any or do not know the name of the key logger installed (so are unable to uninstall,) one good idea would be to install a good virtual keyboard. Whenever you have to type sensitive info such as user ID or passwords, use your mouse to click on the virtual keyboard; the mouse click would mean nothing to the key logger. I have never used these programs but here is one that is free and has high editorial and customer ratings: http://download.cnet.com/Click-N-Type/3000-2094_4-10055922.html?tag=mncol
