Another display of vain argumentation by a confused mind (Nawab Ahmad).

Dear Sister UmeAimon, AA!

I would like to go point by point.

Plus, I am requesting Br Syed Ijlal Hussain and Br Naushad P to take the role of judges in order to streamline our discussion -- so neither of us may go right and left AS WELL AS the outcome of the discussion on each and every point is brought forth from a Neutral Judging Team before the forum.

FIRST POINT:
The addressees of the Ayat 4/3 are Muslims, and not AnNaas. My proofs for this are as follows,

1) While talking or delivering a speech, it isn't necessary upon the speaker to change his/her addressee by mentioning in words. Rather, very often, the speaker turns his/her face (or even eyes) toward the other addressee and start speaking to them. We do it all the time while conversing with a few people.

The same thing has happened in the middle of the Ayat 4/1.
When Allah swt says "Be careful of your duty to Allah in Whose Name you expect rights from one another. Allah ever Watches over you [QXP]" ....., the adressees cannot be all humans inclusive of Atheists, Hindus, Budists, Sikhs, Zoroastrians etc. Because non-believers do not "expect rights from one another" in Allah's name. If the addressees here are taken to be all humans, there will be a wrong claim ('you expect rights from one another in Allah's name') made by Allah swt.

Allah's assertion "you expect rights from one another in Allah's name" is correct only if its addressees are Muslims.

2) The same is the case thereafter.
It is not understandable that Allah swt will ask Atheists, Hindus, Budists, Sikhs, Zoroastrians, Jews, Christians etc to follow ALLAH'S RULES for dealing with a) Orphans, b) Inheritance, and c) Intimate Contact Violators -- BUT MUSLIMS ONLY. So the addressees in all these Ayaat are Muslims, and not AnNaas.

Br Syed Ijlal Hussain and Br Naushad P, AA!
I have given my evidences, and now Sr UmeAimon is going to give hers (I expect). After analyzing our evidences, please give your judgment.

Respectfully,
Nawab Ahmad
