“Now, she is living happily and has been given a very loving, luxurious and peaceful life by uncle. Alos, my uncle is doing complete justice between both his wives.”
وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُواْ أَن تَعْدِلُواْ
بَيْنَ النِّسَاء وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ فَلاَ تَمِيلُواْ كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ
فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ وَإِن تُصْلِحُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ
كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
4:129 [Men who have been permitted a second wife for post-war exigencies (4:3) must understand that] You will not be able to deal equally between your wives however much you wish. But do not turn altogether away from one, leaving her as if in suspense between having and not having a husband. Fulfill the rights of each one of them and be mindful of God. When Qur’an says “You will not be able to deal equally between your wives however much you wish “ How can you say that your uncle is going complete justice between both of them ?
