My respected friend,
I am personally grateful to you for posting this precious document.
Muslims can, for once, feel thankfully proud that the Mount Sinai with St. Catherine's Monastery has been in their jurisdiction for centuries until 1967 and they have never allowed its sanctity to be violated in the least.
I had the good fortune of visiting the Monastery in 1972. It is the most beautiful, most awe-inspiring building from indoors, anywhere in the world. Literally, you can expect to hear a pin drop inside. The aroma within wants you not to exhale the air after the first breath. Then, the staff of the Monastery are the most courteous people you will encounter anywhere. Gentle lights, flowing very low Sitaar music, Ah, what not!
