Dear daughter Erum, Salamun alaikum!
Thank you for sharing a very touchy story!
Allow me to share your own story of extra-ordinary determination. You are a living legend and your story will motivate many people.
Erum is a doctor in her thirties. She had a horrible accident a few years ago that ended up in paraplegia.
I have known her parents for decades. Her father, a physician, worked in Madinah for 30 years. He has died recently in TX living his retired life with their wonderful kids. Erum's mother is the only lady so far to have written an excellent Urdu biography of the exalted Prophet (1978).
Erum, herself a marvelous young lady, has the great fortune of being married to an exemplary and highly supportive husband. He is a civil engineer fully committed to his wheel-chair-bound (but unbound), full-time PRACTICING doctor wife.
The entire family is legendary. Tears in my eyes stop me right here.
May Allah shower His choicest bounties on you and your family, dear daughter!
