Dear Hisham, why would you think I am talking anyone down when I don't even know the person. I simply replied to the scenerio. I think you certainly have misunderstood me. I think you missed the part of ... "brainwashed"
I have never been diplomatic and but try to speak the truth in a mild way(well thats my mild way :)). What I saw from his/her post is obviously a person who believes in No2 Islam upto the point his/her own interests are questioned.
Almost all the No 2 Islam followers women defend their ways feircely but when it comes to leting their husbands get married to another which according to their OWN belief is not only allowed but a very NOBLE act...since men are like wealth that needs to be shared :D (according to Dr. Zakir Naik!), they become as you put it "sad" and start looking for excuses. AND that had happened far too many times with me. So you tell me dear am I wrong to tell him/her that if you have chosen to believe in whatever might that be, stand by it because according to those s/he believes in, all is going to be OK! OR get ready to take the challange to find the truth and stand up against all those who have sinned by trying to change this beautiful and JUST Deen into Deen of sexes, even if its his/her own mother father brother or sister. What is wrong in telling the truth :)
