Hue of Allah

I was trying to think of something to add to the dictionary meaning of the Arabic word “hue of Allah”, but left the post as you see above, having given up. It then struck me later on, that the majority are reading the Quran without understanding or pondering intellectually over its words and their significance. Words are just lines on a page to these people, but Allah has made us to “name” things and with naming comes thought.

The small word for hue of Allah can be easily glossed over, passed by when we read the Quran, as something insignificant, but when looked at with a human mind, it reveals a rainbow of understanding, a glory of Allah. Humanity needs to step up above the animal level and by studying the Quran with full and deep meaning, we become better for it.

It is most unfortunate that the majority are not aware of the beauty of the Quran but are resigned to a life of rituals and blind recitation.
