The rational Qur'an does not promote silly ideas. You won't find anything like this in the Glorious Book.
The most important thing to know: The Quran lays down no double standards.
"What is good for the goose is good for the gander."
Call it, "What is bad for the goose is bad for the gander."
Look here men addressed before women:
24:30 Tell the believing men to lower their gaze, and guard their modesty. This helps them grow in character. Surely, God is Aware of what they do.
24:31 And tell the believing women to lower their gaze, and guard their modesty. ... Turn all of you together to God so that you may be successful (in establishing a benevolent society).
