It is following false “Sunnah and Hadith” and not judging by the Quran. The other religions have corrupted scripture but we have no excuse for not putting the Quran first. I showed someone the following and am still waiting an answer to why they believe in those hadith that contradict the Quran, along with all the other nonsense like Qadar:-
1.No punishment for those who change their religion from Islam
Surah 4 verse 137. Those who believe, then reject faith, then believe (again) and (again) reject faith, and go on increasing in unbelief, Allah will not forgive them nor guide them nor guide them on the way.
Kill them in the scholarly traditions
Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57: Narrated 'Ikrima:
Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"
2.Flog an adulterer 100 stripes
Surah 24 verses 2 The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication, flog each of them with a hundred stripes:
Stone them to death in the ancestor tales
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 82, Number 806:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
A man came to Allah's Apostle while he was in the mosque, and he called him, saying, "O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse.'" The Prophet turned his face to the other side, but that man repeated his statement four times, and after he bore witness against himself four times, the Prophet called him, saying, "Are you mad?" The man said, "No." The Prophet said, "Are you married?" The man said, "Yes." Then the Prophet said, 'Take him away and stone him to death." Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: I was among the ones who participated in stoning him and we stoned him at the Musalla. When the stones troubled him, he fled, but we over took him at Al-Harra and stoned him to death.
Stoning was PRE-ISLAMIC! Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 188:
Narrated 'Amr bin Maimun:
During the pre-lslamic period of ignorance I saw a she-monkey surrounded by a number of monkeys. They were all stoning it, because it had committed illegal sexual intercourse. I too, stoned it along with them.
