Sorry Brother, for not answering your question correctly. This was due my inablity to understand it. A syllable consists of an onset and rim. A rim has obligatory nucleus and a coda. A syllable can be a word or a sentence as sentences can have same structure. However, my understanding is that Classic Arabic is a syllabic language. This is against most popularly held beliefs.
